Product Review

Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong helps keep the ewww from breaking through! It's 2X stronger*—a great combination of softness and strength. *When wet vs. the leading value tissue.

I've been using the Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong tissues for a couple years now. Overall, I think they are one of the best on the market as far as ability to stand up to a good blow, but I have a couple minor issues...
1. If you're a man and you have any type of razor stubble you're sure to find little bits of tissue stuck under your nose after you blow. While the tissues are pretty strong, they seem to shred easily when rubbed against any type of facial hair. It is quite annoying to have wipt little bits of tissue from my face after each blow.
2. Now 56 count. When I first started buying these they had 70 (or 75), then 60, now recently they're down to 56. Count keeps going down and price stays the same.

Overall, these aren't perfect, but they do hold up better than most and they are very soft to the touch. I prefer them over Kleenex brand and definitely prefer them over generic no-name brands.

With all of the cool products on Amazon.com, I feel kinda weird reviewing a tissue box, but these tissues deserve a good review! :)

I suffer from perpetual allergies and need to blow my nose several times each day. I've tried many different brands of tissues, but Puffs Ultra is the only kind I've ever found that is strong enough to withstand a blow without tearing, while still being soft enough not to scratch up my nose. If it's up to me, this is the only kind of tissue I'll ever use!

I was determined to perform a double blind, scientific study to prove or disprove the claims made by the manufacturer, Procter & Gamble, that these tissues 1) contain no lotion, 2) are 2x stronger when wet than the leading value tissue.

To accomplish this, I chose my husband who was suffering from a bad cold to be the subject of this experiment. (To protect the identity of the innocent and not-so-innocent, we will for the purposes of this study, refer to this subject as "Sneezy".)

As the unbiased control subject, I naturally assigned myself.

This, I feel exhausted the rigid requirements of a gold standard, double blind study.

During a cold, Sneezy usually goes through an entire box of tissues in about 15 minutes. This is because he grabs more than one or two tissues at a time. When he sneezes, all the air is sucked out of the room and small pets have been known to go flying. It can get ugly.

I placed two boutique sized boxes of...Read more
